The Disney Main Street Electrical Parade is a nighttime parade featuring floats and live performers who are covered in hundreds of thousands of LED lights.

The original parade premiered at Disneyland in California in 1972, and various versions have played at other Disney theme parks to present day, including Disney California Adventure, the Magic Kingdom in Florida's Walt Disney World Resort, and Tokyo Disneyland where it is billed as the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade.

From the beginning, Perrey & Kingsley’s song Baroque Hoedown has been a feature of the parade.

The original parade featured an arrangement by Jim Christensen and Paul Beaver. In 1977, this was updated and arranged by electronic musicians Don Dorsey and Jack Wagner.

In recent years, new arrangements from Tokyo Disneyland’s DreamLights soundtrack that were arranged, programmed and performed by Gregory Smith have been used.

The soundtrack to the parade has been released numerous times and on various formats. Here are a couple of collectible versions.
